Off to the VFW to send a little love to my Goldwater Girl. I'm treating myself to a Boston Cream donut on the way.

This should be a fun and exciting day, seeing the results come in nationally. On the Democratic side, it will either be very tight, or Obama will take off like a rocket. That's my feeling. I mean, this is the time. I'm thinking in my neighborhood — Cambridge/Somerville — he'll grab the delegates. But it'll be close. Of course, anything can happen. Just look at Super Bowl XLII.

At any rate, I think it's great we have two candidates folks can get fired up about. I think a Clinton-Obama ticket would be magic, but either candidate could take the White House in November. They're both viable, both electable.

After that, I think I'll file my taxes online, just to sort of make it a day of official state business.  Which means I'll have to grab another Boston Cream on my way back.  What a life.
