The Stupidest Bike Lane in America?

Andy Bowers, editor of Slate V thinks he's found the stupidest bike lane in America in Westwood, in West Los Angeles. It's 275 feet long. It starts out of nowhere, goes for a block, and disappears.

I think we can do better. I'm sure we've got stupider bike lanes out there in Metro Boston. The most obvious being all of Mass Ave.  It's pretty spotty from Dot to Arlington — with Harvard Square as potentially the stupidest stretch. I'll have some other nominees for you in the coming days.

Meanwhile, Slate's calling for submissions, so rig up your helmet cam and get to it! Go Boston!
