I'm already sick of this clown.  Guys like this should stay in the mafia, where they can be whacked when the time comes.  Once they're in public office you have to go through this whole innocent-until-proven-guilty business, which is utterly lost on them.  All you have to do is look at the guy.  He's guilty of several counts of something, trust me.  I mean, who does his hair?  It's ON BACKWARDS, bitches!  That's a fashion crime right there.  You see what I'm saying here?  All we've got to look forward to are bad hair jokes.  The dude is a walking bad hair joke. Truth is, you'll never get rid of him now.  I mean, he's vowed to fight on, and he will.  But don't kid yourself into thinking it's got anything to do with innocence and guilt — that kind of thing doesn't matter to this kind of guy.  It's about milking it for all it's worth.  Mark my words, whether he ends up doing a stint in federal prison or not, Rod Blagojevich will have a show on Fox in two years' time, weeknights, following The Sarah Palin Hour at prime time.  Democrat and Republican back to back, fair and balanced.
