Reaction to Manny Ramirez's 50-game suspension comes in two flavors: "With Manny, there is always another side to the story," and "Bwahahahahahah!!!"
And to you stinkers in the second camp: come on, guys, have a little heart. Poor Manny was apparently taking hCG — Human chorionic gonadotropin — a female fertility drug. I know fertility drugs have been getting a bad rap lately — ever since that octuplet mom — but can't we give Manny the benefit of the doubt?
Have a little sympathy for someone having trouble getting pregnant here. Sheesh.
