Wonderful and Sad
I'll warn you up front: this will be the saddest thing you'll see in a while, but also the most beautiful.
I watched it yesterday, and woke up thinking about it today. This woman — Karyn Slomski, who died last week at 38 — personifies fortitude, hope, and a mother's love.
Thank you for posting this; I wouldn't have seen it otherwise. It prompted a memory from the clouds of words that have wafted through my life, a snippet from some epistle or other, perhaps, "There remains faith, hope and love and the greatest of these is love."
