U.S. District Judge Virginia Phillips has issued a worldwide injunction stopping enforcement of DADT, ending the US military's ban on openly gay troops.
The Obama Administration has 60 days to appeal the decision. With exactly three weeks to the midterm elections, and this decision sure to sitr the right to outrage, will the President stand up for gay servicemen and women, or throw them under the bus?
It's anyone's guess.
